Job Purpose and Summary: Canon UK is seeking a Workspace Field Service Engineer to join the Southern team, primarily working in North, East, and North West London postcodes. Candidates should ideally reside in or near these postcodes to meet service level agreements. This role offers a great opportunity for engineers aiming to develop their careers in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities include installing, servicing, and repairing Canon Office Printers and Finishing products to high standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to call procedures, maintaining quality, achieving a high first-time fix rate, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.

• Full UK driving license

Location: Field-based, within inner London postcodes. Salary up to £27,462, plus a generous walking allowance depending on experience. No agencies please.
