Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering & Manufacturing Service Division is supporting a global manufacturer to further strengthen their Aftermarket team with the recruitment of a Field Service Engineer to cover the whole of Scotland.The Field Service Engineer will be fully equipped with a van and tools and the ability to manage your own time and control your diary, ensuring a prompt response to breakdowns and servicing queries. The role responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer will include: All aspects of PSV maintenance, inspection, fault diagnostics, and repairs Complete accurate service reports Carrying out point of work risk assessments Assist the customer when required, with servicing/repairs and associated queries The Field Service Engineer will need the following qualifications and experience: Full driving licence and ideally located in the Glasgow/Edinburgh areas of Scotland Minimum City & Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance or equivalent (will also considor time served Bus Mechanics) Excellent electrical and computer based diagnostic skills Ability to work on your own initiative and unsupervised Able to follow verbal and written work instructions If you are a Field Service Engineer with experience servicing and repairing diesel and electric buses, then please apply now, or contact Anna Morgan in our Ser...
