That’s why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.**This position will be field based location for South East (London)area and is field based role.**## **You are responsible for:*** Operating at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice & solutions to our customers and colleagues.* Providing field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.* Carrying out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.* Diagnosing mechanical, hardware and software system failures using established procedures and information.* Determining most cost effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime.* Actively participating in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.**You are a part of a** regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers who are expected to work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered to our customer base whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered to in this heavily regulated industry.You are reporting directly to the District Service Delivery Manager.**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following*** HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable* Experienced logical problem solver with ability to work independently* Experienced in carrying out corrective and preventative works for Imaging Systems devices and equipment desirable* The ability to process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse product ranges* Recognize new technologies and adapts to daily challenges* Deliver high levels of customer service* Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable* You are currently living in the South West region, ideally around London or South East.**About Philips** We are a health technology company.
