We will have a future requirement for a Field Service Engineer to be based in the south of the UK. This person will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.

Key Responsibilities:        

• Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.

• May develop new customer service/product agreements. 

• Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, they will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions.​ 

• Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers.

• Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support

• Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory

• Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well

• Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial
