Field Service Engineer

Location: Home-based covering Wiltshire/Somerset region

Salary: Up to £45k DOE + Company Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle + Expenses

About the Role

Carbon60 are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join one of our exciting water treatment clients. This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, servicing, and occasional commissioning of water treatment systems at client sites within assigned region with the opportunity for occasional international assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain systems such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants.

Build and manage strong relationships with clients and site operatives.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.

Complete installation and commissioning tasks (depending on experience).

Produce accurate service reports and documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.What We're Looking For

Experienced maintenance engineer with a multi-disciplinary background.

Previous experience in field service or technical support roles.

Knowledge of water treatment systems is advantageous.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word).

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
