With a competitive salary & overtime opportunity plus numerous other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift engineer or an individual from another background interested in a new role.ResponsibilitiesServicing a client base across the North West areas with a focus on servicing a fleet of forklift trucksReporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficientlyWorking alongside the rest of the engineering team to maintain a high level of customer serviceDeveloping a knowledge of the company’s customer base and representing the company appropriately when attending customer sitesAttending the workshop from time to time and occasionally working on callRequirementsThe successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in engineering within the Material Handling industry, but this is not essential. They would also be open to candidates with backgrounds in Agriculture, Construction, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive.The company prefers candidates with a strong understanding of hydraulics and the ability to work independently.
