The Role They're looking for an experienced Vending / Field Service Engineer to join their service team, supporting clients across South Wales and the West Country. You'll be responsible for keeping their customers' vending and coffee systems running smoothly - diagnosing, repairing, and optimising a wide variety of machines. This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the chance to work with leading brands and equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults on a range of vending and coffee systems, including: Electrical and water flow issues / Refrigeration (basic component repair; specialist work outsourced) / Espresso and ingredient performance issues Install, commission, and optimise coffee equipment for the best drink quality Support site moves, installations, and equipment upgrades Complete all service paperwork accurately and on time Identify and order correct parts following company SOPs
