We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Field Service Engineer to join our high-performing Peterborough branch. With a strong existing team of engineers, we are looking for a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality service, maintenance, and repair across a wide range of client sites.

As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients. This includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM), breakdown response, diagnostics, fault-finding, and repair work. You will work across a variety of industrial and commercial sites, including food processing facilities, offices, pharmaceuticals, and domestic premises. The role is predominantly air conditioning-focused, with some refrigeration work on varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM and servicing on HVAC and refrigeration systems. Diagnose and resolve faults and breakdowns. Perform system adjustments, component replacements, and repairs. Escalate and manage more complex technical issues. Complete accurate service reports and maintain client communication.What We Offer:
