This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, servicing, and occasional commissioning of water treatment systems at client sites within assigned region with the opportunity for occasional international assignments. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain systems such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants. Build and manage strong relationships with clients and site operatives. Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely. Complete installation and commissioning tasks (depending on experience). Produce accurate service reports and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
