Profile: An opportunity to join a global OEM that has multiple business units across the UK with an excellent support network alongside top quality technical back-up. You will be working with a talented team of engineers and technicians, supervising sub-contractors and liaising directly with clients on behalf of the company at a site level. As well as contributing to the strategy and growth of Transformer Service by delivering high-quality, cost-effective projects and solutions in line with our processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. We expect a focus to provide the best possible customer service and help to identify new business opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: You’ll be playing a key role within a team of knowledgeable and experienced engineers/technicians – undertaking and coordinating service activities on site, whilst keeping a close eye on H&S and quality standards, schedules and progress reporting to ensure customer satisfaction. You would be responsible for transformer service activities including installation and commissioning, carrying out refurbishments, device replacements, routine maintenance, inspections and identifying problems to assist with providing analysis for recommendations.
