We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team. In this role, you will provide on-site support and maintenance, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to system performance and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site service, maintenance, fault finding, and technical support for BMS installations.
2. Build trusted relationships with clients through high-quality service.
3. Conduct system health checks, risk assessments, and recommend upgrades or enhancements for efficiency and sustainability.
4. Collaborate with account managers and project teams to meet client objectives.
5. Stay updated on BMS technologies and contribute insights into energy-saving and smart building solutions.
6. Work Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.

Ideal Candidate

1. Proven experience in BMS field service, with knowledge of systems like Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
2. Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills across hardware and software.
3. Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team.
5. Ambition for growth into strategic roles (preferred but not essential).
