We are recruiting for a Service Engineerto join our client’s experienced field service team, supporting customers across theMidlands area of the UK, with occasional travel further afield and overnight stays.

This is afield-based role covering the Midlands area of the UK primarily South West Birmingham, ideal for an engineer with aprecision/mechanical backgroundwho thrives on working independently and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service on-site.

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer

Represent the client at customer premises with professionalism and technical expertise.
Installmeasuring equipment across customer sites.
Service, calibrate, and repairhigh-accuracy systems.
Diagnose and resolvemechanical and electrical faults.

Key Requirements of a Service Engineer

HNC/BTEC or equivalent in an engineering discipline, or relevant industry experience.
Full, valid UK driving license.
Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Background inprecision/mechanical engineering.
Practical,hands-on experiencewith mechanical systems.
Experience infault-findingand using electrical test equipment.
Completion of atechnical apprenticeship, or a BTEC including electrical modules.
Strongtime managementand interpersonal skills.
Looking forlong-term career stabilityand consistency.
