The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.\n\nOur client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be considered.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nServicing, maintenance, and repair of automated storage and retrieval systems.\nDiagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.\nPerforming routine inspections and preventative maintenance.\nMaintaining accurate service records and completing relevant documentation.\nLiaising with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice.\nEnsuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.\nOrdering and managing spare parts requirements.\nRepresenting the company in a professional manner, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.\nSupporting colleagues and providing assistance on larger installation and service projects where required.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\nLevel 3 Electrical Qualification (essential).\nStrong mechanical and/or electrical engineering background.\nPrevious experience with automated systems, material handling equipment, or similar machinery is highly desirable.\nExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills – both written and verbal.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a wider team.\nCustomer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.\nFull UK driving licence.\nLocation: Birmingham\n\nSalary: £36,500 + Overtime + Company Van + Benefits
