Field Service Engineer Role Location:

Factory based in Barry with travel required across the UK and occasional international trips Employment Type:

Primary Responsibilities Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on diagnostic instruments

Perform equipment calibration and validation, following strict accredited procedures

Execute tasks both on-site and at various locations throughout the UK

Ensure biannual servicing and verification of all equipment

Represent and demonstrate products to clients as needed

Core Duties

Oversee all external service, repair, and maintenance activities

Deliver customer support through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Keep clients informed on system updates, changes, and relevant information

Maintain accurate records of all service operations

Liaise with service administrators to schedule and prioritise service visits

Support internal service engineers with technical expertise

Foster positive relationships with customers
