Our client, a well-established leader in automated storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join their growing engineering team, covering the Midlands area.\n \n Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will be to: \nConduct inspections, annual servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs on automated storage systems.\nDiagnose and resolve technical faults independently.\nSupport system upgrades, including software updates.\nAssist with the commissioning and installation of new systems at client sites.\nRespond promptly to emergency breakdowns.\nProvide technical support and product training to clients.\nComplete and submit accurate service reports and documentation promptly.\nManage travel and schedule efficiently.\nDevelop in-depth knowledge of automated storage products and systems.\nRepresent our client professionally with a friendly and presentable manner.\nOccasional and international travel (for training purposes)In order to be successful, you will be based in and around the LE, CV, WV, WS and B postcode regions and have a UK driving license with minimal points. This is a field based role so travel will be required.
