Field Service Engineer Gates, Barriers & Security Systems

Location: Covering the South East (ideally based within 20 miles of Harlow) Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped overtime + on-call allowance (OTE £45,000£50,000+) Training provided | Career growth | Hands-on, varied field work Are you a mechanically minded engineer who doesnt mind getting stuck in? Looking for a field-based role with strong earning potential and varied, practical work? Were working with a leading engineering firm that designs, installs, and maintains physical security systems across the UK. They're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, supporting both installation and ongoing maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid mechanical and electrical background who is happy working outdoors, occasionally in challenging environments (e.g. drilling, working in pits, getting dirty). Plenty of weekend work and overtime is available, and full product training will be provided. Package and Benefits: £35,000 base salary

Overtime at 1.3x after 40 hours on weekdays
