As the Field Service Engineer you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to TGW's customers by leveraging expertise in electrical, mechanical, and software systems to maintain, repair, and enhance our clients equipment. You will ensure operational reliability of our equipment through planned preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, project support, and new installations across customer sites in the UK and Europe, while also providing coverage for residential site holidays and sickness. This is a field based role so home location is flexible but we are ideally looking for somebody within the Midlands region or close to. What you'll be handling Support the Realisation (Project) department with new installation and operational support Carry out installation, commissioning and testing of upgrades and enhancement work Provide support to all sites and projects within the TGW North Europe portfolio Be pro-active and consider ways in which TGW can add more value to our customers business Work in a safe manner and follow all Health & Safety requirements including RAs, SSOW and COSHH requirements Achieve standards of performance relating to customer satisfaction, technical efficiency and company image Manage the requir...
