If you're looking for a role that combines technical challenge, autonomy, and career progression, then this is for you.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll cover the Basingstoke area, servicing a wide range of material handling equipment from pallet trucks to automated systems.

You'll diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service.\n\nA Vehicle Technician who is looking to move into a field base role away from the motor trade, through to a roadside recovery person who is looking to work in a different industry.\n\nWhat You'll receive as a Field Service Engineer:\n\nOTE circa to £45k in your first 12 months\n\n39.5-hour week (Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-16:00)\n\nAnnual 5% bonus + commission\n\nFull Door-to-door payments\n\nOvertime paid at time and half over a 39.5 hour week\n\nCompany van & fuel card (private use allowed)\n\n25 days annual leave\n\nCompany pension scheme\n\nFull forklift driver license\n\nSpecialist product training\n\nLaptop, phone, PPE, uniform & cleaning service\n\nOvernight boot deliveries for parts\n\nStrong local and technical support network\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nStrong Diagnostic skills/Electrical\n\nHydraulics - NOT essential\n\nVehicle Technician, Roadside Recovery, Master Technician, FLT Engineer, Powered Access, Field Service Engineer\n\nNVQ Level 3 qualified\n\nIT literate and able to use latest technology\n\nFull UK driving license\n\nPersonal Attributes:\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nIndependent and team-oriented work ethic\n\nPride in workmanship and attention to detail\n\nPositive, flexible, and proactive attitude\n\nDesire to represent a premium brand with professionalism
