This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in heavy plant, LGV, agricultural, materials handling, or automotive engineering to take on a varied and rewarding role covering the Essex and North East M25 region. As a Field Service Engineer , you will be carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work on specialist equipment in the field. You'll be customer-facing, providing a professional service, ensuring reliability of equipment, and delivering a first-class experience for clients. Key responsibilities include: Servicing and repairing a range of specialist engineering equipment. Completing warranty work and all associated job documentation accurately. Coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling of work. Promoting parts and services to customers when appropriate. Ordering parts and managing administration linked to each job.
