The successful candidate will perform on-site servicing and repairs of B. Braun Medical equipment, predominantly infusion devices , at customer sites, including patient homes, within a designated territory. If you’re dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of technical service and able to deliver excellent levels of customer service, we’d love to hear from you. You will primarily be working in South Wales with the requirement to provide occasional support to the wider Team. The ideal location to be based for this role is along the South Wales M4 corridor between Newport and Swansea. This role will require daily travel and occasional overnight stays. Here is what you can expect to be doing: Self-scheduling of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on contracted equipment direct with customers. Meeting key performance indicators, including repair turn-around times, PPM completion and uptime. Providing accurate and detailed reports on all work carried out.
