My global manufacturing client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke processing equipment. They are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to be permanently based on their clients site based in Barnoldswick. You will be required to service and maintain the client plant/machines as part of service agreements. Job Description
Scheduled servicing of manual and automated plant at our client works such as cleaning, inspection and testing as per our standard procedures Complete detailed survey of plant/machines at client sites, detailing faults, and requirements for repairs Carry out repairs and a maintenance of manual and automated plants Installations of manual and automated plant System testing and commissioning Generate/specify detailed material list for service, maintenance, and installation works Completion of detailed service reports and job-related documentation Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and the Environment Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
Be a qualified Service/ Maintenance/ Commissioning (preference electrically biased) Experience in pneumatics, heating, cooling, control systems pumping systems, process valves, instrumentation, steam heating system, hydraulics etc. Experience installing large capital equipment products Demonstrated exper...
