We're looking for a Field Service Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys the variety of working both on-site and in-house. Most importantly, we're after someone with the right mindset and skill set to hit the ground running.
As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will be: Carrying out planned maintenance and fault-finding on high-spec industrial equipment Working with PLC-controlled systems and remote diagnostics Performing repairs, remedial works, and supporting R&D tasks Collaborating with a nationwide team while managing your own workload Travelling across the UK, with occasional nights away and potential training in Germany As a Field Service Engineer, we're looking for: A solid background in electrical and mechanical engineering Diagnostic experience desirable Ideally experience of working on heavy plant machinery such as excavators, diggers, concrete mixers, tractors etc. Exposure to CANbus systems and remote-control diagnostics is desirable.
