HSG are a Midlands based Hygiene and Water Conservation company who due to continued success and growth, are looking to expand its service team across the UK. You are invited to apply for the position of *Field Service Engineer*.
*The role*
The position involves working on a mobile basis across London and surrounding area. You will play a crucial role in commissioning and servicing our market leading award winning urinal sleeve and water management system. We are looking for motivated and focused individuals with a strong attention to detail.
The successful canditate will be required to carry out PPM and reactive works on a daily basis for our national portfolio of clients. No two days are the same, so you will always be learning and finding new and exciting challenges. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible and committed to going the extra mile.

*Training & Support*
In order to use the relevant systems and work as a field service engineer for HSG UK, you’ll need to undertake our detailed training programme. The initial training will consist of 2 weeks based at our headquarters in Derby followed by a 6 week period field based training with a senior member of our technical team.
Our main focus is for the right candidate to be successful and as such we will give full support and guidance in order to ensure they develop a good understanding of the product range and technical requirements of the role.
*Requirements for the position*
- Basic Plumbing experience (essential)
- Level 1 plumbing qualification or equivalent (desirable)
- Driving license (Maximum of 3 points)
- No criminal record – DBS Full screening check
- Flexible and adaptable
- Self-Motivation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Good ICT skills as you will be working on Collabaro and Verisae (Full training will be provided)
*What we can offer in return*
£29,000 basic salary depending on experience.
based on a typical 40hr/week Monday to Friday.
(OTE with overtime £30,000 - £34,000)
