Field Service Engineer A leading provider of advanced on-site energy solutions is expanding its field service team to support a growing portfolio of high-efficiency gas-fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems. As part of a new long-term service agreement involving multiple Jenbacher 6 Series engines, the organisation is seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to strengthen regional coverage and deliver enhanced technical support for key industrial sites. This is a pivotal hire, intended to replace outgoing resource capacity and ensure rapid response and expert resolution during high-priority maintenance events and system breakdowns. Conduct planned preventative maintenance on Jenbacher CHP systems and associated equipment to ensure system reliability and performance. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults during scheduled visits and reactive call-outs. Provide field-based support for commissioning and advanced troubleshooting on complex engine issues. Deliver strong technical support and build trust with on-site operators and facilities teams through clear communication and high service standards.
