We are partnering with a specialist engineering business who provide innovative solutions in steam, condensate and HVAC systems. This business works with leading organisations in healthcare, food, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Established in 2008 this company has grown its service team and currently sits with 3 field service engineers – a close-knit team, where everyone supports each other and shares the workload and the only reason they are looking is to grow their team. With training and progression opportunities this is the perfect role for a field service engineer to travel within the midlands area. With limited staying away at most twice a year you will be home every evening
The Role:
As a field service engineer your role will include:
-            Working on site utilities and process equipment across a range of hospitals, food factories, commercial offices and manufacturing facilities.
-            Mix of electrical and mechanical work – PPM work, fault finding and reactive repairs.
-            Strip down and overhaul mechanically
-            Supporting with installation and project work
-            Working on valves, actuators, pumps, panels, hot water, plate heat exchanger.
-            Using BMS or SCADA to monitor plant systems
You:
As a field service engineer, our client is looking for:
-            A multiskilled engineer with good fault-finding skills
-            Experience working with industry utilities, building services plant or process systems
-            Confidently working independently at sites
-            Someone who can fault find on boilers, pumps, steam
-            Tsam player with a good attitude
