Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: London & Home Counties Division: Fire Alarm Systems Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our expanding team. Whether you bring a wealth of experience or have a solid 3+ years in the field, the key requirement is that you're capable of hitting the ground running. You'll be working with a wide range of systems across our large and diverse client base, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on a broad range of fire alarm systems Work independently to manage a daily schedule of maintenance visits across commercial and residential sites Diagnose and resolve issues on-site efficiently and professionally Complete all necessary reports and documentation accurately and promptly Communicate effectively with clients to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction Work with a variety of systems, with a preference for Advanced panels and Hochiki detection equipment About Our Systems: We maintain a wide variety of fire alarm panels across our client portfolio.
