Carry out safety system maintenance as per level 2 requirements. Attend phase 2 reactive callouts where customers have reported faults (secondary support when the lead engineer is already on site). Take part in the out-of-hours callout rota. Maintain and manage enhanced van stock to achieve high first-time fix rates. Ensure van stock is controlled in line with level 1 and 2 requirements. Conduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure all tasks align with JLA's compliance framework
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems (or similar safety systems). Experience with the installation of Fire Alarm Systems. Strong understanding of safety systems. Knowledge of relevant British Standards. Ability to fault-find and resolve issues.
