Trinity are hiring a Service Engineer to join our dedicated team in Central London. In the role, you will be providing maintenance and servicing of our clients Gent Fire alarm systems. Working mostly on a static site in Weybridge, you will have the opportunity to obtain certifications in industry leading systems and earn through our engineering commission scheme!
The role of Service Engineer You will be working as part of a skilled team of Service Engineers and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience. The key tasks include the following: Carry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Companys quality standards. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status. Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met. Work to a planned service and maintenance schedule, emergency call out requirements.
