We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to play a vital role in maintaining safety systems for our customers. This is a field-based role that includes both scheduled maintenance and reactive callouts, ensuring customer systems are safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out safety system maintenance as per level 2 requirements. Attend phase 2 reactive callouts where customers have reported faults (secondary support when the lead engineer is already on site). Take part in the out-of-hours callout rota. Maintain and manage enhanced van stock to achieve high first-time fix rates. Ensure van stock is controlled in line with level 1 and 2 requirements. Conduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure all tasks align with JLA's compliance framework The Right Person

The successful Fire Alarm Engineer will have Proven hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems (or similar safety systems) as well as the following skills and attributes:

Experience with the installation of Fire Alarm Systems Strong understanding of safety systems. Knowledge of relevant British Standards. Ability to fault-find and resolve issues. Interested? Here are your three options
