This is a field-based role that includes both scheduled maintenance and reactive callouts, ensuring customer systems are safe, compliant, and running smoothly.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \nCarry out safety system maintenance as per level 2 requirements. \nAttend phase 2 reactive callouts where customers have reported faults (secondary support when the lead engineer is already on site).

\nTake part in the out-of-hours callout rota. \nMaintain and manage enhanced van stock to achieve high first-time fix rates. \nEnsure van stock is controlled in line with level 1 and 2 requirements.

\nConduct Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. \nWork closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure all tasks align with JLA's compliance framework The Right Person\n \n The successful Fire Alarm Engineer will have Proven hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems (or similar safety systems) as well as the following skills and attributes:\n \nExperience with the installation of Fire Alarm Systems \nStrong understanding of safety systems. \nKnowledge of relevant British Standards.
