Benefits – Fire Alarm Service Engineer: Basic Salary: £35,000 (negotiable, dependent on experience & qualifications) Company Vehicle & Fuel Card: Fully equipped for travel to sites Pension Scheme: Generous contribution plan Life Assurance: 4x annual salary cover Annual Leave: Paid holidays plus all UK bank holidays Employee Referral Bonus: Up to £1,000 per successful referral Wellbeing Support: Access to mental health resources Training & Career Progression: Ongoing technical training and opportunities to step into senior roles Responsibilities – Fire Alarm Service Engineer As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer , your role will include: Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of fire detection systems Work with emergency lighting systems and fire alarm technologies across diverse sites Install and commission fire alarm systems, focusing on Advanced and Kentec panels Plan and complete scheduled maintenance and responsive service visits Diagnose faults using systematic fault-finding techniques Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately Lead small-to-medium installation projects when required Ensure compliance with BS7671:2018, BS5839-1:2017, and BS5839-6:2019 Deliver professional customer service at all times Requirements – Fire Alarm Service Engineer Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or similar technical role FIA Units 1–5 (or equivalent qualifications) 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Strong technical knowledge of fire detection systems Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills A professional and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Electrical background essential Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces Why Join?
