Overview

I'm looking for experienced Security & Fire Engineers to join a security contract supporting commercial and hospitality clients across the West Midlands. This is a hands-on role where you'll be installing, maintaining, and repairing security and fire systems, as well as providing reactive support and on-call coverage via a rota system.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair security and fire alarm systems.
• Provide reactive support and on-call coverage via a rota system.

What my client is looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience installing CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems.
• Strong product knowledge of:
• Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, Orisec, HKC.
• CCTV: Concept Pro, Hikvision, Dahua (IP & AHD).
• Fire Alarms: Hochiki, Apollo, Gent (addressable & conventional).
• Comms / Networking: Emizon21, Dualcoms, Ubiquiti.
• Experience working to SSAIB / NSI / H&S standards with accurate documentation.
• Positive security screening and clean disclosure report.
• Full UK driving license (max 6 points).
