Ability to handle projects from enquiry to completion.
Ability to manage a construction programme and report accordingly.
To effectively manage the installation works on site whilst liaising with both sub-contractors and clients.
Undertaking of relevant H & S duties ie safe starts, tool box talks etc.
Liaise with manufacturing, design and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Ability to highlight any problem areas ensuring they are effectively communicated to the relevant parties.
Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.
To complete Quality Assurance documentation ensuring works are of the appropriate standard and report snags to sub-contractors.
Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities on projects.
Any other duties commensurate with your position.
