Fire and Security Service Engineer at Omnivision Technology Solutions. This nationally recognised Fire & Security solutions provider is looking to hire an experienced engineer to service and maintain fire and security systems across commercial sites in the local area.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

OTE: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Oxford, Reading, Didcot, High Wycombe, and surrounding areas (local to you)

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems
• Performing reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
• Planning and completing daily service visits in your assigned area
• Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards
• Keeping accurate reports using the company CRM
• Managing van stock levels and working with logistics for restocking
• Attending team meetings and relevant technical training
• Identifying personal development opportunities and upskilling where needed

Requirements

• Background in electrical or electronic engineering (or similar)
• Proven experience servicing fire and/or security systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
