Are you an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking business that truly values its people? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to join our team, covering Taunton, Bristol, and surrounding areas.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems

* Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently

* Provide excellent customer service on-site

* Work to industry regulations and company standards

* Participate in the on-call rota as required

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer

* Knowledge of leading fire and security systems

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
