A highly accredited and reputable national fire and electrical company is expanding and seeking experienced Fire and Security Service Engineers to join their team. This role involves working primarily in the domestic and social housing sectors.

Package – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

Basic salary between £33,000 and £42,000 depending on experience Overtime available at time and a half rates Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Company vehicle provided, including personal use

Main Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

Service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional) Service and Maintain Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarms Service and maintain emergency lighting systems Maintain fire extinguishers Work safely and professionally in the domestic and social housing sector

Knowledge and Experience – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems Experience working in the social housing sector preferred FIA training/qualifications are desirable but not essential Good understanding of BS5839-1 fire alarm standards Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
