Job Title: Fire Door Engineer Location: Tottenham Court Road

CBRE is seeking a skilled and reliable Fire Door Engineer to carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations of fire doors across client sites. The role ensures compliance with fire safety regulations and supports the delivery of safe, high-quality building services.

Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, maintain, and repair fire doors in accordance with current fire safety standards. • Install new fire doors and associated hardware as required. • Identify and report non-compliance or safety risks. • Complete detailed reports and documentation for all works carried out. • Work closely with site teams and clients to ensure minimal disruption to operations. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with CBRE policies and procedures.
