Motivated Fire Engineer required to join an industry leading, employee owned consultancy, working alongside an established team based in Manchester or Bristol. Supporting projects across various sectors, including retail, education, healthcare and more. The Fire Engineer The successful Fire Engineer will have a minimum of an Engineering degree, and is a member of the IFE. An MSc/ MEng in related fire or engineering subjects would be desirable. Previous experience within a related role. The Fire Engineer Role Responsibilities Applying core fire engineering principles, regulatory framework, codes and standards) on simple fire safety design projects. Develop peripheral Core Technical Knowledge e.g. product knowledge and testing standards through observation, shadowing of more senior engineers and self-development.
