Working from home and travelling to perform on site inspections.\nYou will produce reports in line with regulations. Advise on building design and materials to reduce the risk of fires starting and spreading.

Producing on external wall analysis, fire strategies, fire risk assessments, and 3D evacuation modelling.\nYou will mainly visit sites in London and Home Counties.\n\nEXPERIENCE: Fire Safety Surveyor / Engineer\n\nIdeally you will have previously worked as a fire engineer performing external wall surveys. Alternatively you could have RICS membership and experience surveying or be in a building control role. You should be familiar fire safety regulations and their application to fire strategies.

Any experience working in structural engineering, architecture or surveying would be beneficial to your application.
