You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of fire, security, and safety systems across Scotland. This is a customer-facing role where professionalism, quality of work, and adaptability are key. Key Responsibilities * Install, service, and maintain: * Fire alarm and intruder alarm systems * CCTV and access control systems * Warden call and nurse call systems * Automatic doors and mechanical locking devices (e.g., push bars, electric strikes) * Emergency lighting systems * Carry out inspections, testing, and fault-finding on all systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards. * Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively, ensuring system downtime is kept to a minimum. * Apply a methodical approach to all tasks, following industry standards and VWS procedures. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, approachable attitude on-site. * Complete all job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation a...
