You’ll be working across a tight local patch, learning the ropes on proper systems, and getting hands-on mentoring plus

6 paid training days a year

• Up to £55K OTE (base + OT + call-out + commission)

What you’ll be doing

• Servicing and supporting fire alarms, CCTV, intruder & access systems

• Learning on the job, with senior support when needed

• Getting stuck into faults, call-outs, and real client work

What you’ll need

• Some experience in Fire & Security or electrical systems

• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and get hands-on

• Full UK driving license

• Confidence dealing with customers (we’ll help you develop that too)
