We are seeking a Firmware Design Engineer to join a global leader in their sector, based in Saltash. You will have the opportunity to develop and test embedded software for cutting-edge products. This role will involve working with microcontroller technology, creating verification tools, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver solutions. This permanent opportunity will be on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities Design and develop embedded firmware primarily in C, with some assembler, for use in products. Implement firmware architectures with a focus on low-power operation. Design and develop PC-based test environments, primarily in C#, to verify and validate software, electronics, and product functionality.
