Foot Mobile Engineer - Mechanical Bias Zones 1-4 The Role We are seeking a flexible and experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a facilities management team. This is a mobile role, involving travel across various sites, where youll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) , reactive repairs , and fault diagnosis . The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with additional skills across building services such as plumbing, HVAC, and general fabric maintenance. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential, as duties may extend beyond core trade skills.

Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and critical service failures (e.g., pumps, heating, sewage systems).
