Position – Foot Mobile Engineer
* Salary – Up to £55,000 per annum + Zones 1 & 2 travel card.
* Location – Zones 1 & 2
* Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm
* Reporting Into – Engineering Manager
TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to be based on one of our client’s key accounts. This is a very prestigious account, so well presented and good communications skills are key.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work on a prestigious contract with excellent opportunities for training, upskilling and progression.
The role would predominantly involve visiting 4 to 5 sites within zones 1 & 2 over a typical week, the sites are in:
* Old Street, City of London
* Tottenham Court Road, Westend
* Kings Cross, NW London
* Camden, North London
The ideal candidate will have experience & qualifications within the following:
* Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent preferably in a mechanical/plumbing discipline
* At least 1 years at a similar prestigious site
* L8 water management experience
* Good all-round technical knowledge of building services and relevant processes.
* Good knowledge of the operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant.
* Ability to interrogate and operate BMS’s systems
* Knowledge of current technical standards in relation Electrical Services, HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment
The Package
* £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)
* 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Zones 1 & 2 travel card.
