Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant and building fabric

Conduct fault finding, testing, repairs, and small electrical installations

Update PPM tasks via the site's maintenance system

Ensure compliance with QA, health & safety, and site procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and site records

Work safely from ladders and platforms

Keep company tools in good condition

Support contract success with a positive, flexible approach
