The Role – Foot Mobile Commercial Plumber

This is a static/mobile hybrid role covering several key commercial properties within Birmingham City Centre, all within walking distance. The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, with a focus on HVAC support and plantroom systems across a range of commercial buildings.

Essential Commercial Plumber experience includes:

* HVAC support, including filter, belt and pump changes

* Plantroom maintenance

* Water pumps and booster sets

* Fan coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs)

* General commercial plumbing maintenance – isolation, pipework, drainage, sanitaryware, etc.
