Monday Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:15 pm Friday: 7:30 am to 12:00 noon

About the Role:

We are looking for a Forge Manufacturing Engineer to join the team, with hands-on forging experience and strong technical ability in metal forming processes. The role will involve working with nickel and alloy materials, using forging, die casting, and associated techniques to produce high-strength components. You will be responsible for setting up machinery, interpreting CAD drawings, implementing SOPs, and supporting new product introductions.

This position is suitable for both experienced engineers and junior-level engineers, with career development opportunities provided.

Key Responsibilities for this Forge Manufacturing Engineer role:

Work with forging processes, manipulating single pieces of metal into shape for maximum product strength and durability. Operate and set up mechanical presses, induction heaters, and die casting machines. Carry out manual adjustments, bending, and forming operations as part of forging processes. Use slitting machines and metal coating equipment in production. Interpret and modify CAD drawings to meet design specifications.
