They already have a proven desktop platform in-market, and are ready to take things to the next level — launching a consumer app, scaling the technology, and building a product that truly changes lives. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join these guys and be part of a unique opportunity to combine hands-on coding with strategic vision , shaping the technical direction and building the engineering team from day one. What You’ll Do Build and ship: Take ownership of the end-to-end engineering process, from coding and architecture to deployment and monitoring. Scale the product: Deliver a mobile app to complement the desktop platform, ensuring both scale smoothly as we grow. Grow the team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team. Define the roadmap: Work alongside the founders to shape product strategy and long-term technical vision. Own the stack: Make technology decisions that balance speed, scalability, and security. Champion innovation: Stay across emerging tools and approaches, ensuring we always stay ahead of the curve. About You Experienced full-stack engineer , confident in delivering complex mobile or web applications. Strong background in modern frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scalable architecture . Comfortable as both an individual contributor and team builder, you love coding but also know how to grow a tech function. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to shape the direction of a high-growth business. Previous start-up or founding experience a bonus, but not required, what matters is your ambition and drive.
