Skills (Must-Have)

• 3+ years building complex, user-facing apps
• Expert in React, TypeScript, and advanced state management (jotai/atom or similar)
• Deep performance engineering experience (profiling, Core Web Vitals, render optimization)
• Accessibility at scale
• Advanced testing (visual regression, accessibility, performance)
