About The Role

StrikeWeb is Delian’s high-performance autonomy control platform, enabling real-time coordination and supervision of robotic agents deployed in dynamic, real-world settings. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and reliable user interfaces that serve as the operational nerve center for autonomous systems. Your work will directly empower engineers and field operators to interact with complex robotics infrastructure through clear, real-time visualization and control interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-performance, real-time frontend components for robotics command and telemetry interfaces.
• Lead design and implementation of UX systems that deliver clarity and responsiveness under mission-critical workloads.
• Collaborate closely with robotics, cloud, and DevOps teams to integrate telemetry, control signals, and diagnostics into intuitive web-based workflows.
• Engage end users to gather actionable feedback, perform usability testing, and iterate quickly on interface improvements.
• Drive frontend quality through code reviews, performance profiling, and design standardization across StrikeWeb.

Must have experience

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade frontend applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Demonstrated ownership of UI/UX systems in fast-paced or technically demanding environments.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous web communication and real-time data flow (e.g., WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming APIs).
• Deep experience debugging and optimizing frontend performance across modern browsers and platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a user-first engineering mindset.
• Proficiency in WebRTC, video streaming, or telemetry data rendering in web environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining internal design systems or component libraries.

Nice to have experience

• Experience designing real-time dashboards, mission control interfaces, or robotics tooling.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics or geospatial visualization (e.g., Three.js, deck.gl, Mapbox, Cesium).
• Exposure to frontend architecture for highly dynamic and event-driven systems.
